We offer a variety of treatments including:

• Ultrasound and Human Tecar Electrotherapy (to promote soft tissue healing and relief from pain);

• Soft Tissue Massage (mobilization and manipulation techniques to restore full range of motion);

• Exercise and Advice (to complement treatment goals, prevent further injury by improving strength, balance and control within the musculoskeletal system);

• Rehabilitation Programme's (to restore optimum pain free and pre-injury performance levels both at work and in sports).
